Always fascinated by cars, LeeAnn’s father would tell her “don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do anything because you’re a girl.” LeeAnn took this advice to heart and started learning about high performance driving when she was eight years old. The only girl among the boys who liked to drive fast, LeeAnn learned about how cars work. Her passion for fast cars and for knowing how they run has served her well in her role as The Car Chick™.
Enamored with any form of speed, LeeAnn has raced in road course, rally, AutoX, Legends, karting and drag racing events. She raced three years with the Porsche Club of America, and was the Sport Car Club of America “D-Stock” Regional Champion in 2010 and 2011. She currently drives for a woman-owned team in the endurance race series the “24 Hours of LeMons”. In 2016, LeeAnn’s team came in 3rd (podium finish) at the LeMons race at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama followed by a 4th place finish at Carolina Motorsports park in Kershaw, SC.
